I realized I had forgotten my knife that day, so I picked up a pocket knife here, and they kindly let us use their restroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about guns, and just great people all around. It was refreshing to see such a welcoming and wholesome gun store right in the heart of downtown.
