I generally dont leave bad reviews. Unless it's really bad. I walked in Transformations for a simple trim, but my hair was tangled. Lady hairstylist starts brushing my hair with a small tiny comb. No water spray nothing. Mind you my hair is past my bottom. She brushes my hair for about 30 minutes and says well I have someone else here for a hair cut. She hands me the comb. I had to BRUSH MY OWN HAIR. I paid 60 dollars at the end of my hair cut. To brush my own hair. While she took care of someone else and I tipped 15 dollars. So she comes back after cutting someone else's hair and grabs her manager and she says you should just cut it. It's easier then having to untangle your hair. I REALLY did not want to cut the chunk of hair she was talking about. I wanted to just go home brushy hair with the products I had and come back... well I let her cut it and now my hair is messed up. BAD. I want to another hair salon sadly it was great clips and she said who cut your back hair. She knew the damage. She could tell someone went the easy route and she said I'm sorry but your hair is uneven. My hair is still uneven bad. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Horrible salon!! And I will Not be going BACK.

I look forward to my hair appointments with Karen. Not just for the haircut, but also for the "girl talk" we always have. The gal at the counter, as well as anyone I've had contact with, are always very pleasant and helpful.

I took my wife in to get her hair done since she had shoulder surgery, my wife decided on getting her hair lightened and the person who did it kept walking away after putting lightener on my wifes hair! It took her an hour and a half to to lighten my wifes hair from a warm dark brown to white and strawberry blonde when my wife wanted a dirty dishwater blonde.Service: Hairstyling
