I went to this store 17 days ago and no one was there. The doors was locked and lights out. I called the number and finally transferred me to customer service. The guy on the phone said someone was in there on the clock. I think whoever was getting paid to do nothing. The guy on the phone bumped up my internet to 10mbps since I was having problems. It went up to 65.00 a month from 60.00. it worked good for a few weeks and started going out quite a bit. I had someone come out today to see about fixing it and they came up with the excuse that it could be from me uping the speed or the weather. That is the biggest crock I ever heard. After he left started working for about 6 hours and at 530 started messing up again. Would not suggest using their Internet unless you want a headache.

Took care of an extremely pricey bill for past due bill and current. I am looking into getting different service. The employees there are still very helpful and polite.

I visited the store on 12/10/23 around 1pm. The lights were turned off in the store. The agent working could not find me in the system! I’ve been an AT&T customer for years. This person should not be employed at AT&T if he can’t even look me up In the system. I had to travel an hour to get my services completed.

Great customer service helping me fix a SIM card failing. Cooper quickly solved the problem and was a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this store.

I had to wait quite a bit as Naomi was helping 2 very nice gentlemen when I got there. She was by herself and was giving her customers the best care she was able to. She checked in w me several times to tell me she was doing her best and I was not upset. It only her a small amount of time to set my new phone up, but she was very apologetic and I totally relate to working solo. She was AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They been charging me for a phone I haven't even had or used the last 2 years without a notice went to check my credit score and it was on there messing it up better watch them

Staff was very helpful and patient, although we couldn't justify paying as much as AT&T wants us to for new phones. A $30 connection fee for 4 phone lines is ridiculous. We're just going to buy unlocked phones off amazon. The staff was fantastic though.

Neomi quickly greeted us as we walked in to upgrade our phones. Which was a quick process, until the phones weren't syncing with the network. She worked hard with phone technical support to get our issues fixed.Whatever she gets paid, it's not enough. An absolute asset to the AT&T store.
