Just recently Brenda told me I had to wait a year for a new diabetic monitor. When I got my doctor to order one it had been well over a year I went back and she charged it to 5 years. 1 yeari s the correct number today I went in and I was waited on by an elderly man without a name tag. He couldn't even remember my name and had great difficulty finding my order and figuring out that a prescription sent in months ago was being replaced by the same drug with a lower dose. Service has never been the best but it's now getting alot worse. Also the CVS app is hard to navigate and almost worthless

My wife stopped by this store right as they opened. The employee working that day got there 5 minutes after 9:00 AM to open the store. My wife knew exactly what she needed, got it and headed to self checkout because she thought it would be quicker than waiting for the associate to get a register setup. The item my wife was buying is age restricted. She asked the associate to help her. The associate proceeded to talk down to my wife and was very disrespectful to her. This town has four pharmacy's in it so I will go elsewhere from now on. They don't want my business acting like that. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Pharmacy hours change often and without any notice, making it hard for people who work to pick up their medications. Now closed for the weekends. This is out of control, if you can't staff the store, then close it.

Khyber the pharmacist told me I couldn't pick up medicine that my doctor prescribed me like he was my doctor or something he also was very disrespectful lied tried saying my doctor said stuff she didn't say after I just had surgery so I had to sit in pain until I can get ahold of her the next day

This CVS is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and it's easy to get in and out quickly. So glad we have it in town!

I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful by Brenda. Not sure when she became a pharmacist last I knew she was a text. Brenda is the rudest staff member there and they should really think about getting rid of her since most of the comments on her pertain to her work ethics.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.The wait times on the phone are outrageous, and when someone does answer they put you right back on hold, and then a lady named Brenda refused to answer my question and hung up on me.I went in to this pharmacy as well and received equally poor service. If you are looking for a pharmacy that just doesn't care about you, visit this one!
