“I bought a new smartphone and I could not get it to connect.I have everything else connected.My cars are connected to my phone.Et cetera et cetera. my old smartphone was connected, but it died. I couldn't get the new
one to connect. I called Cody in atchison today 2 May and asked if he would help me connect it to my phone. He said of course, so I came up here which is about a thirty minute drive.Handed him the watch.he had it connected within a minute or two, and it's great,.so thank you Cody, for being such a great guy and a good customer service guy. I had called the leavenworth store twice and they hung up on me twice.So about the same distance to come to atchison and much better customer service.”
