Absolutely recommend Rainbow Fiber!
I’ve had a great experience with their service fast, reliable internet with no interruptions, and the speed is exactly what was promised. Installation was quick and professional, and the customer service team has been super helpful and easy to reach whenever I had a question. It’s refreshing to have an internet provider that actually delivers on their promises!

I had my internet connection go out at 5:30pm on a Friday night July 3rd. Figured no way anyone would be able to get to the phones let alone fix it. Called and one hour later they had someone at my home fixing the problem. Great internet and service highly recommend!

I had vyve for awhile but kept having so many issues with it going down or connection problems so when I heard about rainbow services I switched and I swear by rainbows service, I have never had an issue with internet since joining rainbow and that has been two years now. I wouldn't sign up with anyone else even if they paid me to. I highly recommend rainbow to anyone looking for internet service.

Rainbow Fiber has done a stellar job of serving me and my family. We were using another local WiFi provider whose services were less expensive. However, that provider began raising their rates as our “new customer discounts” wore off. I contacted Rainbow, and their services were going to be less expensive than the competitors! I knew they were a higher quality product, but I didn’t know they had worked so hard to keep their prices low. The transition to Rainbow Fiber was incredibly easy. Their service technician was professional and swift. Their customer service is kind and helpful. And the product itself lives up to the reputation. Our internet is faster and more reliable than what the competitor was providing. I am able to work from my home office without any hindrances from the internet. I’m very thankful Rainbow Fiber is in Atchison, KS!

The installation people were very friendly and were ready to do any thing you wanted to make for a great experience, and it was. They made sure all your doubts were reassured with professional know-how. The Wi-Fi experience with Rainbow has been steady and sure.
