So I went down to the office to hook up service. I was given a piece of paper and left. I guess that's all I needed?. Unfortunately, that wasn't it? A few calls later . Am a few calls more!The next two days finally got service! The technician was great?. The woman I spoke to on the phone as far as the problem was helpful as well. She was good except for when she called and asked me to Change my review. The technician. He was wonderful. He went above and beyond. Help me with the service. Thank you very much, and I'm not changing this post. Please don't call me again and ask me to. Don't ask too much from the lady at the office. I was gonna get Internet from Vyve and they wanted a 50.00 deposit and a month up front. I never had to do either with any place I ever used for internet. I never heard of the so called credit report place used either. Sounds like a scam to get money up front.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our wifi has been cutting out every 5 minutes (literally), and I've spent the last 3 weeks calling Vyve's technical support to get it fixed. It has been numerous weeks of playing phone tag, customer service constantly telling me they're going to get it fixed, but they're not. Two months ago, I got upsold to a faster plan, being told that would fix the problem. It didn't. Our wifi is so spotty that I don't even end up using it, I'm just using my hotspot 24/7. There's absolutely no point in having wifi this terrible. And I'm paying even more now because they upsold me to a higher plan on the false promise that that would fix my wifi when it didn't. I want a refund for the last 2 months (at least) of service. This has by far been the worst customer experience I've ever had. It's actually incredible how many times I've called their support line, and nothing has gotten done. Not to mention that every time I've stopped by the store during "business hours", its always closed. Stay away.

Service is horrible. Keeps dropping, twice a day, & people in the phone say it's just an equipment problem instead of fixing it. But can't do anything about it cuz they are only ones in town for my address. ??

The prices start out low but eventually you pay high dollar for outdated equipment. We're paying 300 a month for internet home phone and TV. They just replaced our modem manufactured from 2012 to 2014 with a modem manufactured 2014 to 2016. I'm pretty sure that's why there service is horrible. Nothing but outdated equipment. Once again today tv not working. I have to call them about every other day to refresh our equipment. Customer service is horrible they can't fix anything and they are rude. Wish there was something else to switch to in Atchison Ks but I'm having a hard time finding it. Guess my next step is to report them to better business bureau. I just don't know what else to do.

Just awful. Poor Customer Service and Wifi in general.Repeatedly went to the office location to find a locked door during listed open hours in Atchison Kansas. Closed my account over the phone and was billed for the router (not being in hand) plus another a additional month of billing. What a jokeYou can take back the valued member christmas card.

Great customer service but service continues to go in and out. They will come and try and fix it but the instability of the internet makes it difficult to give them any more than 1 star.

I have been using Vyve for Wi-Fi over two years. I've had very good luck with them and customer service has always been great. I use an antenna and have no issues.

They answer the phone, the tech actually calls you, and they do their best to solve the issue, unlike most businesses these days. The tech Jason set up our service years ago, when he came back to diagnose the problem he was knowledgable about our network switch and WAP system. I don't write reviews, but this guy deserves one.
