After waiting in electronics from 10:05pm until 11:05pm, I've still not been able to get the product requested. Asking customer service in the front and being told someone would be paged and headed over, I was forced to remain in electronics without any further assistance. As they we're closing I called the store operator a final time to ask for assistance and was told I wouldn't receive any as they were closing. Everyone working attempted to be mildly helpful, but ultimately I wasted my time which was not only unhelpful but disgraceful. I hope this Walmart gets their act together and starts to value the close knitted community they so elegantly promote they do on their facebook. I just wanted a charger and a headset. Edit- We asked Paula for help personally, like a face to face conversation, and she just walked off.

Love ordering my groceries online and picking them Up, especially when it's cold outside! I don't have to stand in line to scan and sack my groceries either!

The staff trying to channel all check outs to self check out is horrible. Many people wanting to check out by regular check out, and only 1 cashier. But several checkers trying to get people to use the self check out. When prompted to use the self checkout, most refused. When I asked if one of them could check us out , she replied that " I get paid the same if you want to wait in line or not". I gave her something to do, I walked out and left my cart of stuff for her to put away. Does your star rating system have a minus catagory? The 1 star is a minus 1.

Called to inquire if an item was available. Person that answered the phone transferred me to another department. After waiting on hold for roughly 6 minutes, I was directed back to the operator. Mentioning to her that she had transferred me previously and no one answered, she transferred me once again to the same department, to which no one answered yet again after 6 or so minutes. Laziness and unwillingness to find an answer is the reason I can't give anymore than 1 Star.

I live here in Atchison so I frequent Wal Mart about 2-3 times a month. The employees there have always been kind and considerate to me. I honestly can not complain about being treated poorly here. It does get exhausting waiting in the lines but I understand that it is hard to keep employees working here so they really can't be blamed. I really like Jeanette, Liz, and Ruth in Customer Service. I like all of the cashiers and find the managers to be helpful and considerate. I am a fan of our Wal Mart.
