Very disappointed in Zach. I stopped by his shop to ask about some screen printing, and requested quotes for polo shirts that could be used for the project. Over the course of four weeks, I kept having to ask him for the quotes, and he kept telling me that he'd send them "today" or "tomorrow". He never did. I took him five shirts to be screen printed with the design; he promised them on a certain day, but didn't get them done. When I phoned to check his progress, giving him my name, he answered, "Who?" I ended up retrieving the shirts so I could take them elsewhere.

Zach did a great job for us,Shirts came out on time looked perfect he was also easy to deal with and pointed out a color issue before he printed saving us a problem. Would definitely use again!
