I have been a customer for 15 years, both as a consumer and beef producer. We process the beef from our Rawlins County ranch through Ben-Lee, and also supply Mojo Espresso & Bistro with our beef processed through Ben-Lee. I love purchasing retail products such as jerky, sausage and Brats through them. All quality, delicious products. It is also a place that I know I can trust to take our animals to be harvested and it will be done right and well, with a quality, safe end product. What I bring in is what I take home, or to the restaurant. We are very blessed to have this business in our community as well, as they are great to work with the 4-Hers and carcass contests after fair animal harvest-at least in the past when Extension did it. A great family and good business!

We are from Ardmore OK and we were in for a Car show. We had purchased the Pork Jal Chedder Brats 12 years ago and loved them and had to go back for more. This year we tried the summer sausage and it was delicious. Jessica was so sweet to us. Hope it doesn't take us another 12 years to get back to see them!ps. we loved the dinner suggestion in Bird City!!

Great, high-quality processing and delicious meat specialties. The beef and cheddar bratwurst grilled is some of the finest I have ever eaten. Custom processing is well done. Have done our processing here for 25+ years. Highly recommend.
