My first visit to the Salon, it is lovely, very classy & clean ...the ladies were nice, welcoming and helpful especially to the older clientele. I was so impressed that Bethanie sent me a beautiful hand written invitation sharing her services! So I had to come try it out.
My first and only service today was a Deluxe Pedicure and I have to give it a 2 star comparatively at best. I was watching & observing tech and how many steps she missed, I thought she was a student ..but she said she has her license. Ugh! So, I asked questions without showing my concern but it just kept getting worse and I was grateful to be there.
First off, there was a large shefalera plant next to me that was hitting my face...I mentioned that it was bothering me ( tech replied, yeah .I don't remember it being so big) I should of just asked can you please move this over a bit ..but I didn't...so the huge shefalera palm kept bothering me. Anyway, that was the least of my worries. I was hoping to have smooth and pretty feet and nicely shaped toenails when I left... but after a very long and frustrating 2 hour visit. ( The power did go out for 30 min. Which left my tech in freeze mode...so I turned both of my flashlights on ( I carry 2 phones) she was still very distracted. Read instructions from Pedi in box and put very little effort in doing an excellent job! I believe in taking care of the customer, focus on them and their needs...my tech was on her phone between every step, let my water get cold and even began painting my toes after the paraffin wax. I then stepped up and said ... There is too much oil on my nail beds to paint. She said no it's fine. All she did for my deluxe pedicure was use cuticle clippers. Never trimmed, shaped or sanded my nail beds. They were rough. Anyway, she wipe with alcohol and painted, to set gel she put the gel lamp cover over my toes but used it as an elbow rest to balance her phone. So it would slide down numerous times and I believe messed up my polish.
I'm not just complaining here...i really thought candid camera was going to pop out eventually and it would all be a laugh .. but they didn't and this tech really does this for a living.
I do enjoy the relaxation of a pedicure, but I need a tech that can make a change in the appearance of my feet. I don't recommend this tech, she is not focused enough to get the task done and correctly.
I left having to trim down my nails because she never took the clippers or a buffer to my toes & I had to sand all the troubled areas again that were missed ... oh my toes were prettier before my pedicure.
My tech was very sweet, entertaining but highly distracted by everything and everyone in Bethanie Brewers Salon.
I will try another nail tech at this salon..sooner than I wanted because I need a pedicure and I trust that the quality of Bethanie's Salon is superior.
Photos were after I tried to knock off edges, then gel polish chipped

Everybody is nice and friendly here. My kids and I go get our hair done by Melia. Melia is amazing, she listens and gives advice. She’s easy to talk to and there’s no awkward silences. Definitely worth the money!

Nice people, really bad hair cut. I asked for a bob. What I got was long in front and way too short in back. It's my fault for not picking the hairdresser that was recommended to me. My fault for not taking a picture with me. I should have known she was butchering my hair when she cut more in the back. Who cuts a bob short in the back and long in the front? Bad thing is I half to go to Italy with this awful haircut. Anyone know where I can get a good wig?
