I went in on the coldest day of the year and needed my battery replaced. The store was busy and my battery was difficult to change, but the manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help me out. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. Great service!!

My boyfriend and I went to store 242 to get a serpentine belt and the manger William was very rude and disrespectful to my boyfriend who also works at a different O'Reillys in the hub. He answered his personal phone in front of us in the middle of us talking to him trying to get the part we need, yelling at his phone then started being rude when my boyfriend said he didn't know his ID number because he works in the back and doesn't need it. So he got his other coworker and said I guess this guy works at the hub or whatever but doesn't know his ID number and was just being completely rude with an Attitude towards us. Plus while he was trying to tell him his ID number after calling his store the manger William completely ignored him and he repeated 3 times. It took my boyfriend trying to type it in himself for him to finally type it in like he doesn't actually work there. I will never go back to that store ever again.

I've been going here for a while for all my truck parts but this time I needed info on a part for my lawnmower wasn't sure they could help but I asked questions and they had the answers I needed and it wasn't too far out of the way they got my mower running that very day thank you O'Reilly.

My recently purchased battery was not up to par so they exchanged no problems. Cold weather did not help and me not driving truck enough to be fair.

O'Reilly's is great they have a wonderful staff and they're very helpful and their locations are all over the Wichita and greater Wichita area.

Hats off to Augusta night crew on weekend of Jan 6th. About 7:30 at night I pulled in because I thought my lights were dim. The two crew members were super helpful. The young man explained the three options and I chose the whitest I could get (older driver). I come from the sealed beam era so was kind of at a loss as to how to install them. Young man jumped in (I didn't have to ask as he say my frustration) and replaced both. The lady working that night was a wealth of information. I hope you have these two pegged for management positions. I've been in management for 20+ years and these two had customer service in spades!
