When you’re visiting Wichita and have to travel 20 miles from your hotel to find a TSC. 😂 Super nice one though. Everything was clean and employees were helpful in finding what I needed.
I also liked how rural it felt even though you’re right outside the city. Very peaceful vibe.
Lots of clearance items right now. The critter food bowls made me LOL. 😂

Joy the cashier and it didn't catch the male Employees name were king and nice enough to let me come in. Even though they're closed to pick up chicken feed. Without the chicken feed My chickens wouldn't have anything to eat tomorrow, so hands down to them awesome

After trying to find a Tractor Supply Store, to exchange a portable dog kennel I had purchased from a Tractor Supply as we were traveling, I ended up trying this store. I was greeted by a very courteous cashier, he quickly answered my question and found someone to assist me in getting the new kennel, that person was the store manager, Joe is a very helpful and friendly person, it was a pleasure to do business at this store. Although it's a few miles further than other Tractor Supply stores from my house, it'll be the store I shop.
I highly recommend it.

The customer service is Top Notch
When you walk in the door, we are greeted with a smile n asked if we can be helped. They are so friendly. They are so willing to help you with whatever you need.
We have only been going to the store for two months and we’ve had the best customer service experience ever
Cody Is awesome. He has helped us almost every time we’ve come into the store.
He has always asked me every time if I wanted to Apply for a credit card and each time I’ve told him no lol
We came in today and he asked me again and I said yes and I applied for a card and we had fun getting lots of stuff that we needed with that new card
Thank you Cody you are going to go far in life with the way you treat people don’t change for anything
Collin The store manager, I can see exactly why he is your store manager. He is wonderful very patient always smiling always eager to help anyway he can.
We had a great experience with Carla the cashier today. She just made me feel so relaxed and so welcome. She helped us with all our purchases. It took quite some time and she was so patient thank her very much a wonderful lady you have as an employee
We’ve also had experience with John a very knowledgeable man
You have wonderful employees please don’t ever take them for granted because they are exactly why we come back to your store

Staff are readily available to help and they dont make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them! Shout out to John today for helping me so quickly and being so kind!At similar places the staff barely look up from their cell phone, so thank you for the great service!
