I was able to view the inventory online. Reserve my selection for 7 days and you could even book an appointment to come view your selection. They took the time to walk you through the trailer information after you decided to buy it. Showed you that the wheels were torqued down. How to hook it up correctly and didn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you were interested in getting at the time. It's a great place to look for a trailer and a great buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone buying a trailer!
