Truck World posted a truck on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged them about the truck and set up an appointment to go see it. I pulled the address for the dealership directly from the Facebook post. When I arrived at the address that was provided (entered it into GPS), I found myself in the middle of a housing addition, NOT A DEALERSHIP. I got back onto Facebook to see if I could find the right address only to find that the truck had been marked as SOLD minutes within my scheduled appointment. The salesman flat out didn't respect my appointment. Drove over an hour, had cash in hand too, ready to buy the truck as long as nothing majorly wrong jumped out. Sure glad the salesman was able to thicken his wallet. No customer service. I'd avoid this place if you don't want to take the chance of having this happen to you. Extremely disappointed.

We had made a deal on a truck with mine as a trade in...I'm standing there with the check in hand and then he asks to drive my truck...I said sure you can...he drives it and comes back telling me my transmission is shot and then cant prove it..I've been driving this truck for over 2 years with not 1 single transmission issue...anyway...he backs out after the deal was made...not only wasting my time but my banks time...I think someone made him a better offer and he made up an excuse to not sell me the truck......lesson learned on my end...we both went for a drive in my truck with him driving and it did not do what he told me it did...I drove it home with zero issuses...

Boy did I get ripped off here. If you buy a truck here be prepared to spend lots of money repairing it, with their bull crap 10% warranty as well. Wish I would have taken the advice of others who have gone to this place. Buy at your own risk.
