This company way over extends credit to good customers until it causes financial hardship. Then it calls all the loans in default. Stay away at all costs.

Have not recommended this credit union for quite some time. Noticed that the staff at the Augusta branch has gone down hill in the past six months for customer service. Plus, since the work had been done on their website and changed everything. Now we are having way to many problems with even getting online. Not worth the trouble any more.

Horrible horrible horrible banking institution. The system is ALWAYS crashing, and now on a Friday at close someone transfers EVERY PENNY I have to my name because a teller apparently made a “mistake” but they can’t fix it until Monday!!!

Been a customer for almost 10 years now and had mostly positive experiences with a few issues peppered here and there. With that said my most recent issue has me very upset. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend White Eagle at this time.

Most incompetant credit union I have ever dealt with. You do not share that I am a member there with your friends/personal acquaintances and you do not listen to simple requests. I worked in a bank for 4 years. This credit union does not run ethically. Screwed up my credit report because they changed systems and started reporting that I was not making payments on my vehicle....which I was. That was a fun mess to deal with. Absolutely do NOT recommend.
