Decided to drive here instead of Home Depot because it was closer. Their lumber is twice as much as Home Depot. Do not buy lumber from this place unless you want to get ripped off.

Baldwin City is fortunate to have Arrowhead Hardware in our community. AH staff go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. We recently had our lawnmower serviced and they offered to drive it home for us. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Very helpful people. They were able to guide me to what I needed and gave a crash course on how to operate a bobcat when we needed to rent one for a small project on our property.

They are the best. The employees are always so helpful and polite. Lots of small town charm in this place. They've got a great glass bottled soda collection and I love their seasonal plants and things. One of our favorite places!

My mother in law is new to the community and we needed a few things for her home. We were greeted with the door being held open for us as an employee saw us coming. Everyone was so helpful finding everything we needed plus an American made flag which is hard to find. Before we left the girl helping us made a point to share that they had free popcorn. We grabbed a couple of bags and as we left my mother in law received a call so we sat down and enjoyed the shade. Before long the checker came out with freshly popes popcorn for us! Great experience! Shop local!

We go here often and love having them here in our small town! They have most of the items you would typically see in the bigger hardware stores, minus the large selection of lumber. Life would be much less convenient if they weren't here and I plan to continue to support them whenever I can!

I'm local to the business, I shop there often. It's a great place. Helpful, friendly employees, they've always gone out of their way to answer any questions I've had. It's strange how the only review used to calculate their rating is several years old, from someone who doesn't even live in the area, yet all the censored reviews are 5 star.

I shop here at least a couple times a week. Arrowhead really does have a little bit of everything. On the rare occasion that they do not have what I need in stock I can usually get them to order it for me. The staff is always friendly. Ken and his wife are very kind folks. Arrowhead rents all kinds of equipment (skid steers, diggers, saws, trailers, etc) and I have had great experiences with that service.
