Rg Fiber came to Spring Hill, KS March of 2021. It is now June of 2022 and they still have not come back to bury any cables that were installed 16 months ago. They have told us that they will be buried within 30 days for the last 16 months.Anytime you contact them all you get is lies and empty promises. They bit off more than they could chew and only offer excuses. Instead of finishing what they start, they just abandon it half done and move on to the next thing.

I was being told this was to be the best thing that happened to Spring Hill since sliced bread. Well from what I have seen it isn't. Now we have lines on top of the ground everywhere and now hearing stuff wasn't installed correctly and they are back digging peoples yards again redoing work. Glad I didn't make a change to be a part of this nightmare which in the end would save me nothing I might add.

I am a bit disappointed, and feel let down with all of the promises that never materialized. I was originally told, I would have service by the end of 2020, we are now in August of 2021, and still no service in site. I was told my street would be the next one to be installed 5 months ago, but NO, still no service. I just found out, that they have moved on to another part of my town, without finishing the original area that was promised in 2020. I do not have any other options, and they know this and I feel that is why they are doing this. Yes I will still take their service when and if it is ever offered, but it is a bad way to start this experience. They have already dug up my yard and put the box in months ago, they told me at that time, they would come back and fix the huge hump in my yard. Still waiting on that too!! It just gets frustrating living in a Rural area, and being promised a better service, just to be let down. I work from home, and would really like to have my service installed. I have called, I have left messages and I have only been given false information, or no response at all.

The quality of the internet is great, but I paid and had my cable “installed” in June of 2019 and it is still sitting on my yard. 2 mowing seasons, probably around 50 phone calls, went into the business 5 times to talk to people. I see others are getting service and other communities have expansions and I still can’t get a straight answer on why it still isn’t buried. Even asked for a rebate, installation refunded or what would happen if I didn’t pay my bill for 16 months. Great product, lousy service

I've had RG Fiber for a little over a year now. I was exited to get fiber network here in Baldwin since I had google fiber in KC and loved it. At the beginning there were a few hiccups but I felt they went out of there way to get my house hooked up. I am a little concerned as we're losing internet more frequent in the evenings but the majority of the time its back online fairly quickly. Unfortunately they no longer call to let you know its back online or to ensure everything is ok on your end. I feel the biggest complaint is that the fiber cable is still not buried and its going into the second year.

I, like many people have been waiting over 8 months to get our line buried. With so many complaints you would think they would do something about it. I can't seem to find the CEO of this company to complain to. It's like they take your money and don't care about anything else. I am looking into switching service providers. Response from "the CEO" got me nowhere. Same old excuses.

Terrible customer service. Service was put in October of 2019 with a temporary line going across mine a four neighbors properties. Now 15 months later the line is still not buried. It is a safety concern with little kids constantly tripping over it. I have called multiple times for an update and they keep giving me vague responses but no actual date that they will be here. The internet is good but this company only cares about getting new customers not taking care of the ones they have.

They hired outside contractors to mess up my internet twice and the workers hit my water line. Also my neighbors weren't happy either because the same thing happened to them too. They just dug up ground and left. Century Link came out and fixed the internet both times and filled in the holes. I won't support someone who doesn't do it themselves. Hired lazy people to mess up my land and to run their own lines through.

I see your signs going down lone elm coming up north from spring hill about running cable through there, i believe with the intention to run them into gardner.are you going to offer service to these lone elm neighborhoods? our suddenlink internet goes out almost daily and it's almost impossible to work from home here. the internet in these neighborhoods legitimately worked better 15 years ago than it does now. Please consider it.. I know everyone here would love an alternative.
