One of the worst Casey’s there is. There is never anyone working in the kitchen which leads to no food ever ever out. If you’re lucky and get there by 9 am you can get the last slice of pizza for the day and sandwich. Half of the kitchen is just storage space. Instead of putting it away you get to look at all their trash and renders half the kitchen useless. Half of their fridge items are also mostly likey out at all time. It really amazes me how they are getting away with this. Been coming here for years and it has never changed.

I ordered a large breakfast pizza around 6:20 after I got off of work. When I got to the store, I was greeted and welcomed. I got myself a drink and as I was, the staff made conversation with me as they were pulling out my pizza and boxing it. An older gentleman at the register was very friendly. Alivia, who made my pizza, made the best breakfast pizza I have ever had. The whole large pizza was gone by the next night. Amazing service and pleasant staff, 10/10 recommend!

The place was busy with graduation and weddings in the area today, but I saw Thad (I think that's what the name tag said) go back and align a biscuit that got shifted when the container was closed. I smiled thinking it's crazy in here and he's still making sure everything looks as nice as it can. The young lady at the register, (I forgot to look for her name), but she was cheerful and pleasant as well.
The store was very clean, and even though it was busy, we were in and out in no time. 😁

Cooler cases are bare, of just about everything, boxes of stuff to be put up every where, Casey's use to be a favorite, but anymore it's really hit an miss with just about every store, don't really matter what one you go to

Every time I’m in here I’m greeted with an ugly look from the old woman in the back. At minimum 3 employees must stand back in the kitchen and do nothing while someone keeps the seat warm in the office. The line can be 7 people deep and the employee just glare at you or go smoke right in front of the door.

Always slow to check out more than enough employees to open more than one register. One of the managers was reading the paper while there was at least seven people in line.
Edit-out of so many things. Poor customer service felt like a nuisance. Lucky I needed gas or I wouldn't of stopped.

Stopped by on a short road trip back home to stretch, use the bathroom, get snacks late at night. While looking at the snacks, the only employee in the store rudely steps in and threatens me and my family, cussing us out telling us we better not be stealing back here… What?? Then after my BIL checks out, he says he tried to make polite small talk with the employee, but the employee was just complaining about not being able to get high. Jeez! No wonder he’s so paranoid, he’s a tweaker! I had 2 kids with me, it’s completely uncalled for them to be exposed to this type of lowlife behavior. I don’t have Casey’s near where I live since there are so many Quik-Trips so if this is the type of people that get hired here, I think I’d rather avoid Casey’s entirely and just use the bathroom on the side of the road next time I’m on a road trip.

Ordered a pizza at 6:15. My estimated pick up ready time was 6:30. When I got there (6:30-6:40) they hadn’t even started my pizza or even put it in the oven. When I asked the cashier how long would it take, she shrugged her shoulders. They didn’t even seem to be overly busy lacking a valid reason for the delay. Happy Mother’s Day folks!

No Mayo for a purchased sandwich, no receipt can be given, credit card machine is broken. I’d hate to be the poor employee that has to work the counter. Management must be out to lunch.
