Went to return some items we didn’t use for a Christmas school project! I waited my turn in line to make the return, got to the register and told the lady working the cash register and she said you need a manager! She called the manager up, the manager Sherri looked at me and said “what do you want?” I said to return these items. She then said “get in line like everyone else!” Then called for everyone to come to her line to check out! Once it was finally my turn again she was so rude, I was embarrassed and felt so hurt! I will never return to this location! I will drive a little further to be treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience! She was so rude to her employees as well!

I’m not impressed with Shari‘s lack of customer service skills. A patron in front of me it was wanting to make a return and it seemed like Shari did not want to accept it. Then the patron let her know about the policy on their website and Shari decided to let the guest know about her personal policy against returns. I find it really odd that there’s Shari’s personal policy and different store policy on the website, also I was just the one waiting in line. This was the interaction in front of me that took way too long because someone decided to take a return personally instead of just making the customer happy. I’m happy that my potential jobseekers have not applied here because I would not want to work under Shari’s management.
