My nieces car broke down on Saturday afternoon and I believed it just needed a battery, I called Star lube and they were closed but the owner still answered my call, he ask my situation and had no more questions he said I will meet you at the shop in 20 minutes, he sent me with a new battery and told us to come back Monday to pay for it, turns out it was the alternator and so we took her car their today and within about an hour and a half her car had the new battery, new alternator, and both headlights. I couldn’t believe how low the bill was, $350 lower than I was quoted at another local shop. These guys went way out of their way to make it an easy experience for a young girl and I will be a forever customer! Great job Thomas, Jennifer, Adam, and Alan.

I’m in the medical spine profession and had a case in Galena, Kansas. When I walked back to my car I noticed a flat. I called Star Lube Auto Express and talked with Thomas. They had my flat fixed in 10 minutes. They were great team and customer service was impeccable.

They are absolutely amazing. Got me in immediately and treated me with kindness and respect. It was so fast I didnt have time to even color in the coloring book (lol). Owners are very personable and down to earth. Great prices- Will definitely go back!

I had my old truck's oil changed by the new folks that have Star Lube in Baxter Springs. They checked it over and we visited about what I needed to do to update the maintenance on it. I was so very delighted to find a place locally that knew their stuff about automobiles, had the ability, knowledge and attitude to offer Customer Service the old fashioned way! I went back a couple of weeks later and they installed new tires on my little camping trailer. I'm a Happy Camper with Star Lube in Baxter!

We had a cooling system emergency while on the road home. We stopped in here and could not have been happier with the amazing service we received!!! They got us in immediately and helped look over our problem. I would HIGHLY recommend Star Lube if you ever need anything looked at and are in the area!
