  Tiffany was the most genuine and kindest employee I have met at a Dollar General store. She was polite, engaged in conversation and bagged my breakable items safely. She was very welcoming.

  Store closes early, the store manager josh is lazy, over heard him bad mouthing his boss, and customers . this guy always walks around with an attitude and like he is better than everyone else .Will definitely spend my money elsewhere

  This store is always organized and usually offers discounts for buying multiples of certain products. I appreciate the convenience of not having to go inside Walmart and wait in a long line after navigating through seas and waves of people.

  Gentleman was very helpful in helping me find sale items. His customer service was top notch. However it was 3 mins before closing and after he rung me up I was told by one of the other workers that they had already counted the register. Therefore I had to go out to my car and pay with my card instead of paying with the cash that I had intended to use. I didn’t understand why they would count the drawers when there were still customers in store and in line. This was reason for low rating. I don’t know if this is standard or proper protocol but when I made the comment that it didn’t make sense for them to close out when they had customers in the store one of the female workers commented cause we can. I don’t think this is good customer service to close before . Help me make this to make sense!!

  Don't waste your time or money! Just drive the extra mile to Walgreens, Dillons, or dollar tree at 37th and Woodlawn!

  What is the story with this store location? I am not happy about this at all. I went in there the other day; stock is stacked up all around, and items that fell off the shelves are laying on the floor unattended. The store smells dirty. A guy by the name of Josh checked my husband and me out. Josh did not greet us, no asking if we found everything okay, no smile, no eye contact, no conversation; he just had a stone cold-looking face and told me how much I owe. Josh has to be the most uninteresting person I have ever met. What happened to Joy the manager? Joy was welcoming, full of smiles, greeted everyone, always laughing, and the store was clean, faced and fronted. Was the new manager you appointed the most suitable choice? No, thank you! I will not return to this location.

  Customer service has always been superior here, to any Dollar General I have been to ANYWHERE!! Store is consistently clean and welcoming and shelves are stocked and neat! I drive out of my way, why? because I can and will to any quality retail store! Sick of “slackers” and rude workers!! Thank you for your conscientious work for your customers!!

  Prices that are marked on shelves are not the same in their computer. They always round the cents up to the closest dollar. What a joke.

  Nice and quiet DG as a result of road construction. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot, which limits customer access. Very helpful staff and fully stocked shelves.
