On wait list, walked in waited while other customer paid. Then was told noone was on waitlist, looked back at app and they had removed me. Doesn't matter if you were in salon before they closed.

Really hit or miss on quality. 3 stars because it can be a 5 or a 1 depending on the stylist you get. Some days I walk out with a slick haircut, other days I wonder if I should have just cut my own hair over the sink.

I just had a perm on Friday, so I needed an after perm cut. I went to shop on Sun. The stylist cut my 6 in long hair to 3 in. When I thought it was going to be 4 1/2.. in some places it's less than 2 in. Needless to say my perm is gone....

I've been getting my haircut at great clips for about ten years. I always insist on the same person to cut my hair. Great attitude and a great place. Prices are fair and reasonable. Senior citizen and military veteran friendly.
Stylist: Savana has been cutting my hair for years. She does an outstanding job. She is a very kind, caring, and compassionate person.

The haircut was ass, didn't even give me the cut I asked for and my sides and hairline un even af while making my back of my hair flat and can't even do most request even tho they're a barber/salon

Had my favorite haircut in years! Alanna used her creative genius to turn my idea of choppy layers into a long shag with lots of movement for my natural wave. Love how it turned out and I know it will only look cuter with time!
