Wichita Hoops is a large and popular basketball facility with around 12 courts, making it a good place for playing and watching basketball. The staff is friendly and the courts are well-maintained, with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. It is a suitable place for events like tournaments and provides opportunities for people to enjoy playing together. However, the facility has some drawbacks, including limited spectator space, a need for dividers between courts, and parking that is not sufficient for the number of visitors. The concession stand is not highly praised, and there is no cell service, which can be risky for safety. During large tournaments, parts of the facility are sometimes closed off from main corridors, and space for teams to rest between games can be limited. Despite these issues, Wichita Hoops remains a fairly good facility for basketball activities.
Seating is good. Facilities are nice. Sometimes it is cold but other times the temperature is good. Cellular service is awful(have to remember to hook up to their wifi).

This facility is under new management since Aug 2025, and is now Wichita’s Edge. The facility is being improved and maintained. It also provides a lot more than before.

Visited here for the Junkin Vintage Market. $5 admission was way overpriced for number of vendors and variety of merch. Won't be attending again.
