Through my journey at this bank all the employees have been very informative, straight forward and very friendly. It's good to know a great team has my back!!

Been banking here for years and love the personal service. They know you by name when you come in and I don't even have to fill out my account numbers anymore!

Entered the facility today could not be more disgusted with the tellers behavior. I have screwed up my account I was well aware of that but I was not aware of how much and I had gone in to pay all of it off. Instead of telling me what all was wrong she instead went and talked to her boss, and then told her coworker when he asked right in front of me but quiet enough so I wouldn't hear. Then took my check, yelled to her boss that something went wrong, fixed it, then handed me my receipt. I had to ask her how much debt there was on the account because she wouldn't tell me without. She neglected to tell me that the account would have to be held over night I had to hear that as her boss yelled it across the room. 1. Watch your faces when you look at people. It's disgusting. 2. Don't gossip about the customers issues right in front of them. 3. TALK TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THEIR ACCOUNT. Don't just take their check, and then hand them a receipt expecting them to just walk away with no information.
