We were able to print to it so it was recognized on the network but when trying to send emails the machine could not find the network to send them out. It was a strange issue. Long story short after I submitted an email requesting help, it was fixed and working within a very short period of time..”
“When we fid get a person to help he fid a good job. They didn't have some things in stock but told me how to order to either ship to store or to me. Would have been nice if I could have ordered at the store vs going into the website myself. I don't think they carry low margin items in the store. Can't thank my sales person enough.
