This place is closed down every week !! Everytime it rains, they flood, and close down for days strait. They just opened after the last flood, remodeled it, and here we are again, closed down due to flood. This has been going on for years! Why not fix the problem! Then you won’t lose out on all the business and money you’d get to pay for it! It just doesn’t make sense!!! Worst dollar general ever.

You can tell that they're understaffed but management is definitely trying to step up and make it a better place they're always real friendly and unfortunately a lot of the problems that people have with the Dollar General is outside if the workers here can do

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are constantly closed because they refuse to fix the roof. They added self pay and then closed it down after two days or so. They constantly have issues with their systems. The store is closed more than it’s open. They should shut it down

If I could leave a review without putting a single star/rating I would, horrible store with the worst customer service. The cashier was literally talking disrespectfully to customers in front of me. I thought it might have been a one off situation until it happened to me next. Do not waste your time going here, it’s worth the extra 5-10 minute drive further to go to another location or different store for your needs.

I got banned and am looking at a theft charge all because I accidentally missed a like $5 bag in the self checkout. I even offered to pay double for the mistake and they don't give a damn. The manager is super disrespectful and profiles people all the time.

Never answers the phone!!! This store isn't my favorite Dollar General but I'll go if needed. I prefer to go down the road to Edwardsville as it seems to always have, in stock, what I need. The staff in Edwardsville are always pleasant to interact with and they are always willing to help. Hope this review is helpful! ??

8/4/2023 9amI frequently visit this location. Today, I was greeted by an older lady very polite. After getting my items, I went to check out. The cashier register is for gift cards and cash only. Leaving me to use self checkout. As I rang my items up, the older lady assisted a customer. She quickly checked that I've found everything going on to do a task. As I rang my items, a younger girl came and stood behind the selfcheck out. Scrolling on her phone. It was obvious she was there to watch me. After I got down to my last few drinks, she walked away. They have cameras everywhere, specifically on the self check out. If you need to watch customers. Allow the cashier registers to accept cards.
