Searched online for a mower deck pulley on the website. Was in stock in 3 area stores i went there the part was not in stock the prices were more than it stated online and it wasn't an online order price either it was an in store price. There was customer service people around when I walked in the store 4 of them were gathering carts and on their phones it was 5:10 I decided to leave and maybe catch a employee on the walk out but only to see a grown man management employee walking carrying nothing while a female employee was carrying a very large bag of feed or fertilizer and that i thought what kind of man does that ? I kept heading towards the exit I stopped at the registrar asked a female if she could help me and sje didnt know what to actually do she was lost and was pointing to the back of the store saying there mite be something down there no specific aisle to go to. No customer service available, no parts in stock but stated it was and the male management letting a female do something he should've done. The store is cluttered and will not recommend nor return even if they have the item I'm in need of. I'll wait or go to Home Depot or Menards. At least Home Depot & Menards you can get service with knowledgeable staff and willing to go extra mile to help you. I'll stick with these 2 stores. Very disappointed all around and my experience there was by far terrible.

I always feel awkward when I come into this place because I don't look like the typical Patron that would come into this place however with that being said the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable and help me find what I was needing

They have all kinds of Jean's. I was looking for wrangler Q-babys and tried several places and noone else had them. Love it, love it, love it! I'd had them before(jeans) and wanted more with a smaller size. They even called to 1 of their other stores to get me another pair of the size I needed. Thank you!

They have the best nut and bolt selection that is really well organized! Was putting together a gift for my grand daughter and a metric locking nut was missing, feldmans had it and it only took a couple min to find,Great store!!!

Always love shopping here! This store is tan amazingly and it's always enjoyable to shop here. Employees are super kind and willing to help! A large variety of everything is offered.

I had never been in this establishment prior to this visit. I placed a phone call to inquire about a chain saw before making the trip. The gentleman was so polite, and eager to assist. He even remembered me when I came in. The service is very personal and they make you feel like nobody else matters while they tend to you! Great place. I will return!

I love this store! I am not a farmer but you don't have to be to enjoy coming here! I get to bring my puppy in so he can pick out his favs like toys and gourmet treats we can hand pick from treat bowls. My kid loves it because of all the quality children's toys, my husband loves it because of the tools and ect. And I love also love the super cute outdoor and western themed clothing and home goods. Speaking of clothing, all the brands they have feel like great quality material. If you have never been, you should definitely stop in for a look around. You never know what you might find!

Lots of merchandise displayed without pricing.Did find an item for pet that I hadn't been able to find at other pet chain stores.Employees were not customer service friendly.

Great product selection. Very clean store and the staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. They even load my large bags of dog food for me.

Love places like this.. anything I can think of to start whatever gardening, husbandry idea I might come up with. All the stuff is super cool and attentive. Definitely makes you feel welcome. And is the closest place I have to home. So in this case is in my favor and im thankful for it.

The store is great but don’t ever take your mower there to have anything mechanical done. I dropped mine off and it sat there for over 2 weeks and didn’t get touched. Would recommend finding somewhere else to have someone work on, or service your mower

I was disappointed with the large amount of goods from China. The store is clean and well stocked, but I want to buy American made goods, especially clothing.
