They rush you out 30 minutes before closing. The door and website confirmed they closed at 8:00pm the day I was there. I got there at 7:25pm to spend a little time while waiting for someone. I was browsing, finding a couple things here and there. The manager, an older woman turned the lights off in the additional shoe room at 7:30. It was too dark to go in there. I looked at the time because I was surprised at how early it was. Then at 7:31 the cashier made an overhead announcement that they were closing in 29 minutes and we needed to please come to the register to check out. I browsed a couple more minutes but felt really rushed. At 7:40 I just put my stuff back and left. I understand them wanting to go home after a long day but they definitely made me feel like that was more important than my business, even though they were still supposed to be open. The store itself was ok. It’s nice they have bathrooms and dressing rooms.

I always love shopping here because of the large variety of clothing they have and the prices aren't too bad either.

Came in to buy furniture, was standing in the cashier line waiting to be helped. The lady had a line and had asked another employee named Brandon to help me stating I had been waiting awhile. To which he responds “you know patience is a virtue.” How extremely rude and unprofessional, will not be returning to this location.

They aren't always personable at check-out.They do overprice certain items, but If it is too much put it back and find something else. If you go on certain days you can find great deals. I wish they would figure out their rewards system though, because I had some racked up and then lost them all---I started shopping here often because of the rewards.

The store is nice and clean but $49.99 for a pair of beat of Nike shoes, $10 for a Walmart top?? You can buy new cheaper than going to Goodwill. Such a shame..

Great store, clean, decent organization. That’s the extra star- I would give it a 4 star if the prices were close to reasonable..I don’t think its this specific store that’s pricing is worse than a trendy vintage shop that buys clothes from people.. but the “non-profit” mothership it’s presented as.. prices have gone up at least 500% in the past 3yrs.. I’m not exaggerating- talk about an attack on the lower-class.. the prices are absolutely criminal. Some clothes are priced at or MORE than new. We’re talking Walmart shirts for $10… I’d just buy it from Walmart for $6. Shoes are outrageous.. $40 for WORN dirty chucks- appears to care more about brand name than condition.. i had to double check if my eyes were deceiving me multiple times. literally wondered if their pricing gun had an extra zero added accidentally.Biggest reason why this is so disgusting to me… These things are DONATED, by the community for the community.I’ve stopped donating to them because, it’s not going to help anyone at this point… it’s just funding vacation homes for their executives while disgruntled employees are underpaid. This is not a non-profit, I’m still shocked. It’s principle… you can’t blame inflation when the company is operated BY DONATED GOODS BROUGHT TO THEM BY THE PEOPLE DONATING THEM. I luckily don’t NEED to buy my clothes second hand, I just prefer it. Goodwill has lost its dignity, lost all my respect.Goodwill should truly be ashamed of themselves.. but why would they care.

Visited yesterday, in town to visit family. We are from N Ky near Cincinnati. This goodwill by far outshines any in our area. Very clean, organized and fair prices compared to others I have visited. Appreciate also the use of stickers compared to permanent marker.

The worst goodwill. I purchased some items from this store. However I was over charged and was told it was a system glitch. I then asked for a refund or the glitch to be corrected. I was then treated like an animal from these non profit organizations employed employees Emily. Who basically told me to leave without a refund because she was off the clock and to come back tomorrow. I wanted to return the purchased items I paid over 100 dollars for. She informed me that she knew that I had over paid but she was off by 8 and I need to go because there would be no refund. This is consumer fraud at its highest level. Scandalous store - non profit!

Use to be a fun place to shop. Whoever is pricing is out of their mind. Used/new it's all overpriced... why would you pay $40 for a Michael Kors top when it was probably half of that at TJ Maxx where it's probably originally from. Or $15 for a used old Victoria's Secret bra. Crazy really.. you can support your mission while having reasonable prices on the DONATED items.

Prices are CRAZY high. Majority everything at this store you can get at Walmart for half the price. Not sure who does the pricing but they’re very proud of the donations they get.

Still good finds, but $5.99 for a T-shirt??? Rediculous!
