I dont always take the time to do reviews, but I just had to mention my dads experience. He is 87 years old and had a bit of difficulty getting from the sidewalk to the door. I let him out at the curb (88°outside too), and before I could even get out to help him in, Kelsey had come out on the sidewalk to escort him in with patience and a smile. She treated him like family and chatted and joked with him while she clipped away! Everyone was kind and we were a drop in with no appointment. Thank you Bonner Great Clips and Kelsey! Little gestures mean a lot! 🥰

I usually go to kelsi and shes ah-mazing!! She cuts my family's hair at some point or another. We dont always get to have kelsi when we come in and thats okay! I Haven't had a bad experience and ive been coming here for years now! ❤️

I went to Great clips in Got in quickly as I had pre registered . However they did not wash my hair they did not even spray it with water before they cut it. It took 5 minutes. Although it's not expensive it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know hair should be wet when you cut it. No product whatsoever was used. Felt kinda like the bums rush and skimpy with their supply's.

I got botched bangs at the Camelot Court Great Clips and immediately tracked down Jessica the next day at her new location here. She’s always done such an amazing job on my hair. Let’s just say if it weren’t for her I’d still be crying a week later. Before and after attached.

I love the app's ability to check in and show up, and I usually get my haircut within less than five minutes. The best feature is the time it saves me; otherwise, I would just go without getting a haircut.

I had never been to this location. I showed up after my regular shop (of 24 yrs!) denied me a quick haircut 45 mins before they closed & I had called ahead to check on the wait & they said come on in. Great Clips, I showed up 30 mins before they closed, checked in once I got there, not ahead of time. It was a 15 min wait & they literally took me 15 mins before close & didn't blink an eye when I asked for a shampoo first because I had product in my hair. They were super accommodating, washed & cut my hair & even stayed late til she finished w/me & I walked out about 15 mins after close. This is my new shop! I'm sure they don't feel they went over & above, but in my opinion they did! The shop I've been going to for 24 yrs turned me away. I just had to write a review for this awesome service at a small shop in Bonner ? GREAT job!!
