When I went to pick up the cushions, there was a snafu and they had accidentally been sent to the wrong location.Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so nice and assured me she would look into it and have someone contact me with an update if needed. She also advised that she would personally start a claim for me if anything else happened.The next day I received a text saying that my order was ready, and I was very happy.
