Terrible experience. Truck blew a head gasket not even a week of owning it. They deny the warranty and send a joke of a check saying they feel bad and want to help. Would not recommend at all.

I recently visited Midwest Motors and had a great experience. The customer service from Simon was excellent—very responsive, polite, and easy to communicate with. I test-drove a vehicle but ultimately decided it wasn't the right fit for my family. Despite this, the staff remained professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant car shopping experience.

I purchased a used Odessey van. I received good customer service calling ahead and asking if they could hold the van fir me until I arrived an hour later. After arriving I took a test drive with my son. There was one warning light on the vehical which was discouraging. I was informed it had to do with the tire air pressure in one or more of the tires and a shop could fix it. I was hoping they would give me a discount for paying cash to which I discovered this was non-negotiable after being informed no. The dealer said two other people were inquiring about the vehical leaving me feeling a bit pressured to buy on the spot. I am waiting to receive the title by mail.
