Kevin, Jim, & Ryan were very helpful and tried very hard to find exactly what we wanted. I was most impressed that this is a family-owned and operated dealership. I wish I could have bought a car from them but it just didn't happen. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a car. They were very helpful but not pushy and I do not like pushy salesman. We just completed our purchase after much drama (thanks to insurance companies and the bank, not the dealership). This is a terrific family owned business that was very friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business. Jimmy was great!

I’m in the auto industry and bought many cars over the years, in fact I bought (4) this year alone. My experience with buying a vehicle from Nachbar was excellent. They came through on everything they said they would do and that means a lot. In comparison, Most dealerships are a horrendous experience. Would recommend Nachbar again and again 5/5 stars

Poor experience with this dealership. Called a week ago about a truck I was interested in buying and I asked the salesman what the next steps were and he informed me they had an issue with the title but that he would talk to his dad and brother to see what the status was. Well I never heard back so I followed up 2 days ago and I told him I was ready to purchase and I was willing to make a deposit if necessary but he said it wasn’t necessary and he would call me back but never heard back. I filled out paperwork online and called about it again this morning only to find out it was sold earlier this morning. Extremely poor communication and service. I would have purchased this truck a week ago but that wasn’t even an option apparently. If there was a sale pending then that would’ve been nice to know.

I have been car shopping since December. I can’ not even tell you how amazing this car dealership. They are a breath of fresh air in the car industry. I wish I knew about them earlier.
I can not recommend them high enough. Do not hesitate to buy a car from them. Upfront, honest and no hidden fees. I appreciate their kindness and patience with me. We will be back as we are in the market for a couple of cars right now .

I had been looking for a particular car for 6 months. I have been dealing with all your usual dealerships, and putting up with all their tricks. I am so happy to say, that I eventually found the car at Nachbar, and had an excellent experience. If you want honesty and quality, then this is the right place!

Amazing dealer, Ryan was awesome through the entire process. Being 21 trying to acquire a vehicle was very difficult at first. Every dealership ran my credit about a million times and were trying to screw me. Nachbar was entirely different. They made the transaction painless and fast. There was even a mishap on my end of where the title got sent. Ryan had me a new title in hand for my truck within 48 hours. And the truck is amazing, not a single mechanical issue so far. The transparency and reliability of this dealership beats any of those big time Chevy and dodge dealers. 10/10 recommend giving them a call if you have any interest in their inventory. Ryan is a super cool dude, and he doesn’t bullshit.

Absolutely terrible dealer. Trying to get a video of a truck I was interested in and give me same pics available online. Said “I’m tired of dealing with people like you, I will have no problem selling this truck.” Okay, truck already discounted and has a stolen brand on the title with 0 warranty. Good luck, absolute jerk.
