If I could rate this place in the negative - I would but it doesn’t allow that ! Whats the name of the white female crazed manager at this place ?she needs to be reported and fired immediately .I am certain the franchise owner has no idea how rude and disrespectful to customers she is .Apparently it wasn’t just me after you read all the terrible reviews -she Refused to give her name or the name of the district manager . I will NEVER go back to this location again -worst customer service by the manager I have ever encountered! . My advise - go down the street to Goodcents in Bonner . This manager is so rude and has no managerial skills what so ever . She needs to be fired immediately -also as far as having the supplies /food /condiments for a sandwich shop -no bread ? ,no tomatoes ?, no lettuce ? ,no mustard ? It’s a sandwich shop?….. how do they run out the necessities -oh -yeah -the manager orders those things …

I went to subway at noon. Waited patiently for my turn then ordered 2 subway clubs. I was told that it would a be 5-7 minute wait, was that ok? I said it was and then was told, "actually it will be longer because I have to slice the turkey first." I left and went to Goodcents in Bonner. Why would you not have the meats ready before lunch rush?

I was there about 8 o’clock on Saturday night. We just left the Renaissance Festival. I figured we’d stop and get some to eat. The place was packed. There was only one kid working and he was doing an amazing job for how swamped he was. He kept a cool head. He was back to back customers by his self. I don’t know how that poor kid did it kudos to you sir, and shame on the management for under staffing on a weeknight when such a big event was going on so close to that location.Parking: It’s a small cramped parking lot

I can't be mad when I order online and it takes longer than the listed time to make it. I can, however, be pretty pissy when I place an online order, wait for the confirmation email to drive 15-20 minutes here, and picking a seat to see how I would have gotten my food two full lines of customers faster if I'd ordered in person. Again I can't be mad at the employees, they were swamped and handled my frustration with cookie bribery (very effective) but rather every poor star here is earned by some software engineer hired by subway who ludicrously suggests two pairs of hands could clear a store and my order in 20 minutes.

I will never go to this Subway again and I would strongly suggest others did not either. I went in to this subway to grab a sandwich on lunch and I ordered a #10 All-American Club®The American classic. Oven-roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, crisp bacon, and 2x American cheese with lettuce, tomatoes,.. this is important because when I asked not to have the ham put on the sandwich I was told that they can’t not put the ham on the sandwich “company policy” I explained I would pay for the sandwich as normal but please don’t add the ham. The woman manager again told me No, there can’t be any changes to the sandwich and she wasn’t losing her job over me not wanting ham on my sandwich. I clarified once more that I will pay for the sandwich with everything on it and didn’t want to substitute I just didn’t want the ham. She rudely told me that’s not her problem and if I wanted the sandwich it comes with ham and that she had an inventory to maintain. At this point I am beyond frustrated and told her to eat the ham throw it away just don’t put it on my sandwich. She then started putting the bread away and said so I guess you don’t want a sandwich. I was done at this point and about to lose my cool. I should of known better when the man in front of me told them that’s stupid and stormed out. The customers behind me where just as perplexed by this as I was. In the end I had to order the sandwich as a custom make it order all same just minus ham. Cost me almost $20 for a sandwich in which I wanted less on it then the menu item but paid an addition $7 because the woman manager was an idiot.

Ordered on the app, 2 of the three sandwiches completely wrong, no cheese, wrong condiments and then question us about grabbing chips when we ordered the meal. Please just pay attention to what was ordered

Be careful they add tips without you knowing. Yes subway is now trying to give tips so they don't have to pay the employees more. Three times now they gave me a total then added a tip without me knowing or even getting an

Not a fault of the one staff member that works there but I’m not sure online orders are queued with walk-in traffic. Gave up waiting for mobile order and just got in line to grab my spot. Maybe not take online orders when only one staff member working? Not that person’s fault.
