WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY!! I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences!! I tried to withdraw $2,000 and they said they don’t carry that much cash and couldn’t give it to me, even though I clearly had enough! They let me get $800 and had to go to a different US bank to get the rest. And then the staff, except Rafael, have always been SUPER rude! I asked to get something notarized and got grilled asking if I was a customer, which I am, but it doesn’t matter. And then couldn’t use their restroom while they made me wait so their computer could turn on-EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT NEED THE COMPUTER JUST NOTARY! The branch manager didn’t fill out her notary log. ONE STAR IS TTTOOOO MUCH! Do not go here! One at Legends is amazing! Go there instead.

I needed my mortgage statement info. They were great in showing the proper steps to obtain it. Found the mobile app, downloaded it, and printed it up. The purpose is for revising and updating my will. Thanks again!!!

Posting for a family member. Worse bank ever! Service was performed by unprofessional, lazy, out of touch employee.. Going to take my $$ elsewhere! Fub times

Would rather drive all the across town to visit a different branch, service was very slow, and almost rude with the lack of care.

Most of the team in this branch doesn’t want to help customers. They do not want to listen to their customers and understand why they are here for. Thanks to one of their team member who was kind enough to listen to my problem from far and helped me on time. Better to avoid this branch, especially on a time crunch.

Lazy group of people so when does a bank have a drive thru and makes they customer come inside because we have to be in person we are in the car same thing right

I love US Bank, but the folks at this branch were not really interested in providing more than the bare-minimum service in helping me with my needs. Probably fine for typical deposits and withdrawals, but if you need actual service, try to find a different branch.

Atm is rarely functioning properly at this location - fix the systems that are meant to be a convenience for your customers instead of pocketing your profits.
