I love US Bank, but the folks at this branch were not really interested in providing more than the bare-minimum service in helping me with my needs. Probably fine for typical deposits and withdrawals, but if you need actual service, try to find a different branch.

Atm is rarely functioning properly at this location - fix the systems that are meant to be a convenience for your customers instead of pocketing your profits.

Went inside with handicapped grandbaby who has major disabilitating issues was inside less than 2 min. A teller very loud and abrasive stated CAN U TURN THAT DOWN referring to babies i pad that was at volume 7 the teller talked louder than his iPad. Not only was i offended by her rudeness but my handicapped grandbaby now had to strain to hear his iPad which helps with every aspect of his life. Plus the doors are not handicap friendly they are not easy to open heavy with no button operation assist.The only good out of the visit was Mrs Hammer was great and helped in a professional and friendly. She would recieve 5 stars.

Went to get a change order for our business. We have over 100 stores that bank with USB. We drop our deposits every day this bank. We know know our employees by face. They refused to trade 50 ones for a Fifty dollar bill because they couldn’t find our account number but she had my deposit slip from the night before in her hand. What happened to business courtesy and common sense? You are supposed to take care of your customers!!!

Being that this is one of only two local branches, you would think they would work to ensure that their ATM was functional. I have encountered so many issues with this ATM I've truly lost count. Once the entire card reader was pulled out, on more than one occasion, it did have have the capabilities to allow for any withdrawals. Also on multiple occasions, it would not allow me to make a deposit. There's been a sign up on another occurrence indicating it was out of order. Seriously, as one of the LARGEST banks in the US, please fix your ATM.

Lady named Joan wasn't very knowledgeable, scatterbrained, and had a constant habit of being distracted by other stuff instead of focusing on helping me and my banking needs. Constantly kept answering her personal cell phone during our meeting. Held me up a lot longer than I would have liked. Probably going to take my business elsewhere.
