The pharmacy is ridiculous. If there is even 1 car in the drive through, you can expect to wait 30 plus minutes. They claim to never get prescription refills from your doctor's office. Their automated text messages will send you 3 messages back to back, one saying your prescription is delayed, one saying they are having trouble reaching the doctor about a refill and one saying it's ready to be picked up all on a 5 minute span. Ridiculous.

25+ mins waiting in line behind only 3 customers! As per usual, something went wrong with all 3 people's scripts and not a single person actually left with their meds. I, myself, was visiting a 2nd time for the same scripts bc they had restocked them already last time I tried to get them and then took 2 entire days to ready 2 scripts for me again.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for about 10 minutes while one cashier was ringing people up. There was another cashier just chatting not caring how long the line was getting. Once I get to the register I was told an item I had picked up wasn’t on sale when I thought that it was. She went to go check after making a loud sigh. Once she came back she had the sale sticker that they stick to their shelves in her hand. She said “see a customer put it in the wrong spot” but the description on the sticker clearly matched the description to what I was buying. Anyways I told her I didn’t want it anymore. After that I told them they need to watch their shelves more closely because this is not the first time this happened to me and the lady who checked out ahead of me had the same problem. The cashier proceeded to ask me “if have ever worked retail” which I responded with a yes because I have. I worked retail from age 16-21. The passive aggressive comments are not necessary when times are hard these days and I was trying to save a penny. Probably wouldn't have been so angry if this wasn’t my first incident and the comment that the cashier said.

Best walgreens I’ve been to they are always so sweet and helpful. They are super quick as well. The hours are pretty great too.

This Pharmacy is amazing! They fill our prescriptions fast and accurately. They are extremely professional, compassionate, and very kind. The pharmacist will even call and check in to see how you are feeling after a few days of taking a new prescription. Our own primary care doctor doesn't even do that! I highly recommend this Walgreens.

Make sure you check the dates on your meds BEFORE leaving the pharmacy window. They will happily send you home with epipens that expire in less than 4 months. In the past, from other pharmacies, we have always received pens that have a year or MORE before the expiration date. We needed new ones that will last the duration of the new school year. The people there will do absolutely NOTHING for you!!!! They just say, well you can pay for it again when it expires. I got my last epipens in July of 2023 and they expire in Sept of 2024.... The ones received today are only till Nov 2024! ? So stupid. Waste of money and they could care less. Just my PSA. ?

I needed to pick up photos and supervisor Mabel would not help and said I needed to wait for next staff coming in to help me. Then lied to me about my order not being ready because screen showed “yellow” meaning not ready when I could see that it was “white” meaning my photos were ready to print. She was just so unhappy to be working there and taking it out on customers.

Don't bother asking any of the employees for help in this store. They will ignore you, and once you ask for help they will be rude and as curt as possible, then go right back to ignoring you. This same woman has worked here for years and has been rude and a problem the whole time. Go out of your way to a different Walgreens, you'll have a better experience.

Went to pick up a prescription. Staff was rude, waited a long time for someone to attend to me when no one else was in line. Worse service for a prescription I’ve ever had. I also tried getting the prescription delivered and paid the extra money and it never got delivered so I had to pick it up myself. And didn’t get my refund.

Walgreens on 129th Street in Bonner Springs, Kansas has, by far, been the best pharmacy with whom I've ever had the pleasure of doing business. A GREAT deal of that fact has been because of Parker, one of the pharmacists.Parker goes above and beyond, not only giving you great customer service, but he makes sure that what you've been prescribed is exactly what he agrees with the doctor, will be the best solution for you i.e. he knows I cannot have NSAIDs, so even though my doctor might prescribe an NSAID for inflammation, Parker will contact the doctor and say, if you go with this differently branded script that's not an NSAID, then you don't have to worry about ulcers, etc. He also takes into consideration the financial aspect of things and, when he can, comes up with very helpful ways to save you coin i.e. suggesting you go with a generic, suggesting you use their Rx Sense program (finds saving cards for you) that can end up being less expensive than your health insurance co-pay, or even suggesting a less costly over-the-counter med.Once, Parker noticed that my monthly refill of a prescription all of a sudden had a different quantity written for that specific month. It had literally been the same for at least a year. He called the doctor immediately to inquire about this, not knowing the reason the doctor did it was, in deed, for legitimate reasons. He did this just to MAKE SURE that I was being treated appropriately. He treats me better than my own relatives do!Parker, even on the busiest of days, is more than friendly and always takes the time to answer all of your questions without you feeling like he's rushing you.Parker, just...thanks for being you!

The store is fine. The pharmacy is awesome. Always so helpful and understanding working with all the coupons and insurance nonsense. They are usually busy, but still interface personally and professionally when it's your turn.

Pharmacy was beyond terrible. My husband takes a life saving blood thinner 2x daily. Out of stock so instead of offering to send the script to a nearby store, I was told he can just wait the 5 days until it's in. I attempted to calmly explain, the side effects of that is death, so, maybe we can figure something out. Pharmacy tech began acting like she couldn't hear me all of the sudden and hung up on me. I called back, she did it again. I had to find an alternative location with no help from them and got nothing but attitude from the techs there. I will no longer shop here again after having done business with them exclusively for 12 years.
