Went to Walmart this morning. Was very unhappy and left without purchasing anything. When I go to a business I have an expectation of what is going to happen. There were no registers open. And was told it would be 30 minutes till a register would be open. But I could use the self checkout. Walmart doesn't want my business nor do they seem to be able to hire anyone without a smartass mouth. Amazon has everything you have and more. In

I was just in this Wal-Mart looking for underwear for my husband. I found what I was looking for and started to put it in my cart, when a bug ran across the box. I picked it up and threw it when I realized I smelled bed bugs. It was a bed bug!! At Wal-Mart! I put everything back and went somewhere else.

I just had the worst customer experience of my life at this tire center! I usually get my tires checked there monthly. Today I was late for work and had an emergency there. My tire went very low and I desperately needed it filled right away which is usually not a problem. A guy is real close as I drive to the door and I tell him I need the tire filled in a hurry because I have an emergency. A guy at the register tells him too stop and finish a tire! The guy at the register lingers, it looks like on purpose, comes over and starts asking me questions. I told him I don't have time for this today and I have an emergency and I need him yo fill it right now. He said if he couldn't get my information he wouldn't do it! So I had to make a choice ruin my tire or save a life! It was appalling service and he should be fired! 9/2/2022 8:30am was when he was working.

Bad employees. Wouldn't open the doors at 1052 and stood laughing as I was getting soaked. I stop by after work and just do a check of something always leaving a few minutes before close. I hope she gets fired.

-10 stars is what it should be. This is the worst run Walmart I have ever been to. During the busiest part of the day they had 2 registers open with the oldest slowest employees ever. The self checkout only had 2 open and there were at least 10 people waiting. The other two there were at least 6-7 people in each line with carts completely full. While this is going on in the front of the store, there were multiple employees just hanging out in the electronics section. When I asked why this was some fat rude employee snapped at me that they could only open every other lane. With the two open lanes right next to each other. This manager is an idiot. Worst store in Kansas City metro area. I will avoid this place forever.

I purchased a battery at the Bonner Springs Walmart in late December and less than two months later it died. It had a 3 year warranty so I was not too concerned with having it taken care of, and I had the receipt. They let me know upon arriving that they had certain protocols they had to follow and they do not exchange before testing which takes about an hour or more. After walking the store for over an hour I went back to automotive and ask Fernando if it was done. The battery showed it was defective and they exchanged it with a new battery. That was 2/15/21 and a little more than a month later the battery was dead again. I do not drive the car much because I have two other daily drivers but in the interim I did start it up a couple of times. It hesitated some but started up. Around 4/2/21 I decided to take it to work and it did not start. Back to Walmart. That's where all the problems really started aside from the inconvenience of having to deal with bad batteries. The real problem is getting a hold of a manager, meaning an ASM, forget about a store manager. When I ask the service tech in the automotive department she would not give me the name of her store manager, just her department head. Instead, she gave me the store telephone number, 913-441-6751, try calling it to get to customer service. I called 5 times totaling maybe 30 minutes on hold and on each occasion it would disconnect after 3 to 7 minutes. I had to make two trips to the store to try to speak to a manager in person about my situation and experiences and that took a total of about 30 minutes. I did get to speak with Catherine who was a store "coach" and she was very nice and listened to my issues but there was never an apology for my inconveniences, usually the first thing you do in customer service, but she did agree to refund my money after I brought the battery back to the store. So I will purchase a battery at Costco, where customer service seems to matter more, and I will continue to relate my Walmart experience to friends and family. One final point is most of the people working for Walmart are good, honest, hardworking people who do their best it the retail environment they have to work in. I understand that all to well having been in retail for many years myself. The 1 star is for Walmart management and customer service.

This Walmart grocery pick up is so slow, i could have gone in to get my groceries faster than the 45 minute wait for them to bring them out to me....this was bad decision to do the drive up grocery.

A big heads up to the employees of this store for keeping us safe during the recent tornado. Brought us all to safety even people like me who were outside.

If you want fast checkout or ANY customer service, don't go here. After 9pm, self checkout is closed most days and only one checkout lane is open. I have seen this multiple times and it doesn't matter if there are 2 people in line or 20, they will not open another line. While waiting in line I have witnessed employees standing around on their phones, managers actually yelling at employees across a line of customers, and self checkout being opened just for employees so they don't have to wait in line. If you want good customer service, non-existent waiting to checkout, actually lower priced items, and people that care about your business, go just 5 miles down k-7 hwy to the Walmart on Silverheel st. Personally, I am done with this Walmart. I'm surprised it is still open.

Walmart. I avoid it like the plague but a guy has to do what a guy has to do sometimes. They carry canning supplies here in nice quantities so that's my go-to place for cheap canning supplies. They also have a grocery which is nice.
