Once again, pulling up to this particular shelves to Gas Station when I’m on a quarter tank and the pumps don’t pump the fuel it’s -11° outside when you’re standing out there, you have to hold it barely let it trickle in because when you grab the pump and squeeze hard to get the fuel to go in your vehicle, it clicks off it does this over and over I was outside for quite a while until my hands were going numb and all I got was .908 gallons $3.09 being out there for almost 5 minutes. This is my experience with this particular Shell Gas Station.

I bought $10 gas at the pump two nights ago, but you placed a hold on the entire account balance. How that became a thing I'll never really understand, but it's the year 2025. I can book a trip taking me around the planet, pay for hotels in advance, pay my mortgage, trade stocks, buy crypto, and pay for a surgery, all from my phone, and it's an instant deduction of the exact amount from my card.
Why is your accounting system so far behind the times you need to hold the entirety of someone's account hostage for $10 in gas?
Release my money.

Fast fueling pumps, window squeegees were fully stocked up at each pump. Good spot for a quick fuel up, can't really recommend the inside store though.

Dude there was just pissed off. I asked for 3 cans of Zyn and he told me "no ill sell you 2" and did not sell me what i wanted to buy? There was still 3 cans left after my 2..

I have always had a pleasant experience here and have preferred the friendliness, excellent customer service, and the selection more than the other local gas station in recent years.

AVOID!!!The new owner is rude and creepy. I would avoid this gas station at all cost. I was refused a receipt, very fishy behavior and I wouldn’t even fill my car up there. I saw a man come out saying they were stealing his charge I originally thought he was impaired but being denied a receipt is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and I think the man was just upset not impaired. They rarely answer the phones and will lie about stuff on the phone just to get you in there. (This gas station USED to be great you can tell cause all the good reviews are from like 8 years ago!!!)

Absolutely stellar place! Employee, whom I’m presuming is the owner, seriously helped me out by re-printed a receipt for me because I need it for work. I was about 2 hours away and had to drive back for it nearly half an hour to closing and he had on the counter ready for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also — he denied any form of tip/payment for his good deed.

Do not recommend going to this gas station. My mother and I just went and ran inside to use their restroom and then when leaving as we got into our car one of the workers came outside and just stared at us and when asked if he had a problem he proceeded to walk to the ice and still stare at us. Once we had left the parking lot he went back inside. Completely creepy and weird.

It was an "ok" experience, the guy at the counter seemed a little annoyed that I had a question, probably because it took his time away from the show or videos he was watching while behind the counter. Just kinda over rude, but other than that it had good products at a far price, I would go there again just for the products they sell, but not to have a good customer service experience.

Stopped for a quick snack and bathroom break. The gentleman greeted me and I really enjoyed talking with him. The bathrooms were also very clean.
