I have taken my boat to John 4 times now and it runs worse than it did over $1,000 ago and four trips ago I told him I wanted to take it elsewhere he said bring it back he lost my strap and wouldn't answer phone or be there when I picked it up he had it forever and his answer is basically to bad for me
