Have this because i have no other choice... First storm I've been in with this service and it immediately fails to provide internet. 150 a month for service that fails immediately.

The internet constantly crashes in the middle of the night. And the only time you can contact them is 8-5 on weekdays. It's awful and so annoying. My bill isn't due till the 25th and our internet acts like they shut off our service. I am never using this company again

Every single day the internet goes down a MINIMUM of three times. This has been going on daily for the past three years. Every. single. day. They won't admit it's there problem. They don't care. They know they are the only option for us.

If I could give negative stars I would. They know we rural customers have no other option. Service goes out multiple times a day. They blame us every single time. I'm taking college classes online and I'm struggling to get my papers submitted because of KanOkla's crappy service.

Shay,Marsha,Debbie,Brandi and Julie are wonderful. Great service wonderful customer skills. The downtown staff really make a huge difference for KanOkla.
