For 10.00 it doesn't clean your car will never use again and they won't answer their phone

I put my money in machine on wash and there was NO soapWent again NO FRIGGIN SOAP!!CANT BELIEVE IT!! NO MORE QUARTERS EITHER.CANT AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY! I WANT A REFUND

I've been at this car wash on various days and hours. I am always pleased to discover there is plenty of soap and the bays are always clean. I appreciate the bright lights so you can wash you car in the evening.
