At one point, a kitten with a severe infection kept getting worse, and to my suprise, they offered to keep him overnight. Sadly, the infection had spread too far for the weak kitten to survive. Whereas another time, my dog lost a looot of blood. The vets got me in quick and stopped the bleeding. My dog barely survived the night. Even lost the ability to walk with her hind legs as a result. The vets showed me the tools to help my dog stand again. Even made temporary braces till I could order real ones to get my dog up and on the way to recovery next day.
Both the above are extreme cases over the years. Yet no matter the situation, they are honest with the possibilities and take time to explain what is happening. To such detail that I feel as if I'm taking up too much of their time. I'm always impressed by how experienced and resourceful they are.”
