“I have never been more satisfied with any apartment manager in my 57 years of life. Ive only been disabled and living in disability housing for 7 years however. The manager here is not only a wonderful manager she is a healthcare worker to us all who live here. She is a therapist to all who live here!!! Now lets talk about maintenance issues, if some thing breaks or is need of repair the maintenance man shows up promptly and fixes it period. And does so with a smile on his face. Ive never felt safer in my life living in a place being cared for by this team. I recommend this place to anyone, and trust me i was a healthcare worker and wouldnt recommend anything less than the best!!! The negative comments you read were made from previuos management experiences or from people who dont know what they r talking about.”

“I lived here for 2 yrs before purchasing a house in town. The manager was super friendly and always very helpful when stuff was wrong in my home. She made the move in and move out process super easy and living here was a breeze. Maintenance wasn't super knowledgeable sometimes, but items almost always go fixed in a prompt manner. My only complaint while living here was the parking lot, but that got fixed eventually. Overall great complex and I would definitely refer to friends.”

“They have a great community room. The place needs renovation. There's so much particle board coming off in the cabinets. Overall though, this place is affordable AF.”
