There service is awful, customer service is no help, you can't ever get ahold of the stores, I never have service, even when I power my phone off and turn it back on. I have random apps that keep downloading after I have repeatedly deleted them, and I wouldn't recommend US Cellular to anyone!

Had to get a new phone tonight and transfer my old phone to a new # I was very lucky to be helped by Amanda F. She transfered all my data to new phone helped me do factory reset on old phone even stayed late to make sure I could navigate my new phone! She is awesome thank you so much Amanda?

Get more people in there. Every time I go in it's just one girl with 3-4 people in line. No one has an hour and a half to wait around. Verizon service has been so terrible the past year, why do I have access to 5G when it's not possible to use? Go back to LTE if you don't have enough bars to support it. I'm tired of paying $180 each month for service that doesn't work. & when I actually have the time to go get fixed, no one is there to help. bout to go back to straight talk

Do not use this store! The representatives lie about pricing on plans in order to get you to switch! Specifically, after I received the bill estimate from Verizon and went back to the store, the representative admitted she was new and that she and another employee used a calculator to determine the monthly bill because they couldn't figure it out, a fact she omitted when she gave me the cost. She also failed to mention the prorated first bill that was going to be over $280. Go directly online and speak to a representative. The online Verizon representative will send the bill estimates to your email while you are on the phone. Beware! All this store wants is your money! Do not trust anything they say!
