Tracking number says my packages have been at the chanute Post office since Friday the 8th I still have not received them and today is the 13th

Found my package in the yard today no mail in my mail box though..so do not understand why I found this small package at the end of my ramp in the yard...mail man still in car just left.....

worst place ever. the phone doesnt work I think they take it off the hook. We tried to get a package delivered 3 times and they never did. would give a -1
