Terrible customer service, refused to sell a replacement phone at full price without them activating it — commission must not be as good! Find a real corp Verizon store and skip the scam “authorized dealer”

I purchased the new flagship s22 ultra and a watch and everything was great. The young lady was very helpful. I get a call anday later and they said there is an issue with my trade in as I still has a payment attached even tho I paid the other phone off in store. I call back to try to help them get this rectified and I'm told I have to call customer service and fix the issue. No offense but that's b.s. If there is a Verizon issue Verizon should take care if it, not me. Thats like asking a shop to get you tires and then change them yourself. If you can't fix Verizon problems then perhaps you shouldn't sell Verizon. Great service on the front end. Poor follow service on the company's part.

I have an older phone and the screen was glitching. I thought I would have to buy a new phone, but I didn’t want a new one yet. Emily was able to troubleshoot the issue. I am SO thankful for her assistance!

Went in with a question on a Hotspot. Emily took the time to answer my questions and find a way to save me money by moving my cell service over as well. The sales reps were all friendly as well.

Staff helped with iPhone 13 setup. Very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the fact that had to spend an additional $70 for wall charger and cord. Not the staffs fault, they were excellent!
