Several times over i have had packages misplaced and put in the wrong mail box the delivery driver doesn't pay attention and the lady that answers the phone doesn't know what's going on. Ive called about a few packages over the last couple months and when I say that my package says delivered but isn't she sounds irritated like it's a common occurrence with the delivery driver. Its really screwed up that I cant ever have faith that my packages will arrive safely or even at all.

I ordered a package for my mother for Mother's Day. It was on track to be delivered. When it arrived at Chapman post office they rejected it saying insufficient address. The address on the package is correct. The company I ordered from wouldn't let me put a PO Box on the package only the physical address. Are they that lazy they can't look up the address to see what PO Box the package goes to. I've also been informed they do this a lot constantly reject packages.

I’ve always had a great experience at the Chapman Post Office. Short wait times, plenty of supplies, friendly staff!

The postmaster doesn't tell truth, is narrow-minded, pompous, tactless, and out of touch with the world. Not so good at following USPS rules, either. She probably has more bad traits as well. Instead of forwarding my mail to a new address, or holding it for me she returns it to the sender. Go elsewhere for service. Hopefully USPS will give her the boot, or shut the post office.

Horrible! Horrible service. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes while she was helping another woman. No issue! But i now am standing here past 4pm. At 4:09pm WITHOUT even saying anything to me. She just shuts the door and shuts the lights off. I will NEVER come back here again. Get better employees. I cannot believe this.
