Here at KillBox CrossFit coaching is our specialty. We focus on proper exercise technique and equipment use, healthy nutrition, knowledgeable care and rehabilitation for injuries. We are the only locally and veteran owned CrossFit Affiliate located in Cheney, Kansas. We are NOT like a typical gym. What do you get from CrossFit that is different from a typical gym membership? At a typical gym, you pay a flat fee to use the equipment; no guidance, no instruction, just do-it-yourself. At KillBox CrossFit you will receive exceptional training that includes custom programmed workouts, daily instruction by trained coaching, nutritional advice and targeted programming if desired. You are not on your own at KillBox CrossFit!
