I called expecting to leave a message. When I got a voice recording, I thought it would take me to a real person. Having a 1-800 number and not a local number means to me there should be someone there. Having the recording say that people are helping others means someone will get to me. If it is not, the recording should change to tell you please call back during business hours. The bridge PAST our house is being worked on but I guess our mail deliverer is too lazy to see whether two entire streets of people can be delivered or not. Which they can if you drive past the signs. It is no wonder you have to raise prices on stamps if they are going to be that lazy. I hope to reach someone tomorrow during the small amount of time they are open taking time out of my work day to make sure our mail is delivered.

Our time sensitive mail that was delivered every Saturday is now taking almost a week longer to arrive. This has been going on every single week since the our previous mail man retired and the new one took over.

The employees are the nicest people I have ever met. The service was great.

I just now received mail that is close a month old. I had to pay two late charges because the bills came a month late. My daughter ordered books for college and they did not arrive until a month after she started classes. I called about these things when they did not arrive and I was told that someone was stealing those things out of my mail box. I filed a report with the sheriff and the postal service and now, out of the blue with no explanation, all of it is delivered.
